I note from the Government's legislation programme that under section B, Bills for which texts are being prepared, none of the proposed legislation is expected to be published until mid-2006. In respect of the planning and development (strategic national infrastructure) Bill, will the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government make a clarifying statement arising from his meeting with the hauliers' association?
