I seek leave to adjourn the House under the terms of Standing Order 31 to debate the following matter of national importance, namely, the approximately 1,000 school children who are still affected by the reduction in numbers available under the concessionary system and the need, as I have called for previously, for a wide-scale review of school bus catchment areas and boundaries.
