I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following matter of national importance, namely, the ongoing difficulties between CSID and Dublin Waterworld regarding the National Aquatic Centre and the need for the Taoiseach or the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism to make a statement clarifying the various difficulties which have arisen in respect of the building.
