I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss an issue of urgent national importance, namely, the reduction by Iarnród Éireann of its freight container business and of the progressive cut back in its overall freight business and the consequent implications for the development of industry in the Border, midland and west region.
