I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the alarming predictions by the Irish Nurses Organisation that essential services at Kerry General Hospital accident and emergency unit will be seriously curtailed over the summer months if nothing is done to increase staffing numbers and improve facilities and the fact that the accident and emergency unit in Tralee is already creaking under the strain of demand throughout the winter.
