I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to refrain from threats of prison closures as a means of resolving his dispute with the Prison Officers Association and to re-engage with the normal industrial relations procedure.
