I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to debate the following urgent matter: the need to approve the location of a public radiotherapy unit at Waterford Regional Hospital to serve the interests of the south-east region given the higher than average rates of cancer, to ensure that equal access to radiotherapy services exists and to end cancer care apartheid.
