Requests to move Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 31.
11:00 am
Séamus Healy (Tipperary South, Independent)
I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of urgent national importance, namely, in view of the recent inhumane deportations, the need for the Government to reverse these decisions and to declare an amnesty for all asylum seekers already resident in the State, and to ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to make a statement on the matter.
