I want to return to my concerns about the private outsourcing of assessments of need, not only because of the vast amount it diverts from public services, but the perverse incentives created for clinicians to leave the very services we need to resource. The Minister mentioned a figure of €20 million for privately outsourced assessments of need. Is that for one year?
