No, I was not referring to that. I appreciate that. We had a discussion previously. Actually, it was in private session so I will not go into that now.

We have known for some time that we will have the Presidency. Issues in relation to Presidencies, drones and so on have arisen probably over the course of the past two years, so it could be argued that this should have been identified as a need at an earlier stage. Why are we coming to it now, maybe not quite at the eleventh hour, but at a relatively late stage and looking for additional funding to purchase this?
