I am going to use the remainder of my time to ask about something I have been describing as access to justice. However, there is another term I have been introduced to recently that is more helpful, namely, accountability sync. This is the idea that bad things that happen to people can be attributed to wider systems rather than a specifically blameable person or initiative.
