I would like to come in here. When we talk about co-creation, it is really important to look at this as a cost saving when we are involved right from the beginning, rather than creating something and then afterwards going out to the community, talking to people and realising there has been a waste of money. Instead, we need to include the deaf community and people with disabilities from day one in respect of services in terms of AI tools for deaf people to use.
