All waste facilities already have an EPA licence to take in waste and the product is already coming on site. Thought should be put into this. When waste is coming on site and being taken off site - it is gathered on one side and then taken out en masse - consideration must be given to whether it can be used for generation. Even if it is only going into houses in the local village, some thought must be put into that.
