I thank the witnesses very much for their presentations this morning. It has been very interesting. I am at a beginner level on all of this so they will have to bear with me with regard to my questions. To summarise for my own benefit, broadly speaking, could I categorise the commission's concerns as relating to three streams, the first being the use of AI to amplify bias and human rights discrimination across the Internet, large language models or multiple platforms, the second being the AI being used as a tool in the public sector to drive efficiencies in the delivery of services, as is correct, and that being used in the private sector potentially discriminating against people and violating human rights, and the third concern, which we have heard clearly this morning, being concern about having adequate technical expertise to deliver on its obligations? Is that correct, broadly speaking?
