I said what I said clearly. I will repeat it. I was quite open and clear in my opening statement and in the briefing statement that we emphasise the importance of dignity in work. We acknowledge that there are issues, and we are dealing with those. I already went through, and will not go through again, the initiatives that we are taking regarding organisational culture and so on, not only in the NAS but also right across our organisation. We will not be found wanting in the implementation of that. The director has gone through some of the specific initiatives on values, actions, the well-being programmes and so on. Of course we take that seriously. We listen to what people are saying. We listen to our staff. The Chair referred to the roles and responsibilities and the fact that there was a rejection of such. Of course, we have to take that into account and we will listen to people. We will continue to engage.
