I say that because it obviously makes sense to me as layperson that doctors on helicopters can attend very bad accidents. The air ambulance service itself is critically important. We have people who work in that space who tell us it is not fit for purpose. They talk about risk to patients and to themselves. I am conscious Mr. Healy is saying there will be review and we will see what comes from it.
