Finally, regarding the response times for the purple and red, I notice a paragraph that states that if one misses the target time, one could be waiting one to two hours, and these are life-threatening situations. Are there variations nationally? Is the Roscommon-Galway, the west and the north west, region suffering because it does not have those resources?
