I am talking about an accident situation or a heart attack situation, say, away down in Castletownbere where someone needs to be brought to hospital. When an ambulance is called, the ambulance is not available, which has occurred on a number of occasions, because it is involved in providing other services. What is the scenario in that case? Who is the person who takes the ultimate responsibility for making sure that patient is transferred in a timely manner to a hospital?
