On what the Cathaoirleach said about venues, we will try to do the grassroots scheme, which was a small pilot scheme of €0.5 million that was massively oversubscribed, next year with a bigger pot of money if we can. As to more venues, the Cathaoirleach is quite right. Most of the national cultural institutions are in Dublin with the exception of the Crawford Art Gallery. People in Nenagh, Roscrea and Templemore should have access to a cultural space. However, to do that we will have to collaborate with Tipperary County Council or their likes. The Department will not be able to do it on its own. What I will hopefully be doing after the budget, all going well and if we have money, is asking for local authorities to step forward and say that they would like to partner with us on-----
