Senator Kyne is right. This has the potential to strengthen and provide more clarity on the reasons for a potential dismissal. We welcome that clarity. The Chief of Staff should have the powers to recommend a dismissal to an tUachtarán for anyone who is found guilty of prescribed actions warranting dismissal.
