Certainly, we have felt that; there is no question. However, I will emphasise that there are sterling relationships between the NTPF and the HSE on a daily and weekly basis, and we work really well with them. In the main, while I know we are talking about insourcing and the difficulties, it works really well and there are a lot of patients who have a better quality of life because of it as well.
