I emphasise my thanks for Ms Hardiman coming back a second time. It is beneficial for us to have this opportunity to speak once again. I will finish by giving her the opportunity to recap where things are now in respect of confidence in the institution, confidence in the transition and confidence in the future of CHI. Many people have communicated with me their abject lack of confidence in the institution. That is not the workers or the experience for children who are able to access the services but for what the future looks like in a transition period of such importance. I want to give Ms Hardiman the floor for the remaining time I have, to share what the future might look like for CHI under her leadership.
