We do, however, know that there are multiple sanctions against a number of skippers for what we would class as very minor infringements in terms of the margin of tolerance. It is like trying to find a needle in a haystack and report on a needle in a haystack. If you cannot find the needle, you are in trouble. There are many cases going through the courts. We are aware that in other member states where fishermen fish in the same way and to the same rules, there are not multiple cases.
