Do the witnesses understand the position the contractors are in with 1,400 employees across a range of cohorts being affected by this? I would urge that the meeting be considered and all avenues are explored to resolve this so that any potential litigation does not add further delays. What is the proposal to resolve this and get these homes built as a matter of urgency? Is Mr. Doyle at liberty to declare that at this stage?
