To clarify, Standing Orders require that members of the committee receive priority in terms of asking questions. That was my error and I apologise. There was no fault on the part of Deputy Gibney but in terms of future rotation, I will have to come to committee members first. Apologies for that and no fault is ascribed. That was my error.
