What was happening was we wanted to integrate five different systems together. At that point we had a customer relationship management system, a finance system and a child protection and welfare system. Many of them wanted to be brought together. The whole idea was to replace systems that were no longer fit for purpose. For instance, if an artist wanted to apply for a grant, it was going to take the person at least five days to even get a code to use to log in.
