I welcome all of our witnesses this morning. It is important to say at the outset that arts, sports, tourism and culture are an essential part of our national life.
I compliment the witnesses on all of the good work that is done by many of the different organisations. Unfortunately, in this committee, we do not often have the opportunity to highlight the good work. That is more a matter for the joint committee. In each of our constituencies, we would all have great examples of where that filters down into community life.
Let us continue the line of questioning relating to the Arts Council and particularly the grant system. In 2020, it was decided to integrate the five legacy systems into one system. How many companies tendered for that work?
