For clarification, in accordance with the investigation and the examination report, which I ordered, there is no record of there being any formal reporting to the Minister, as required, until the annual report for 2023, which was published in July 2024. I think the other correspondence related to resources generally and decision-making, but not specifically to issues which arose in respect of this project. That needs to be clear.
