Where it is relevant is when we did become aware of it, we had less of a concern about the assets and the services than we would have had if there was not a funder such as the Department or the Dublin Region Homeless Executive in there. We might have had to look to our powers under section 74 and see whether we needed to intervene to protect those services and assets. In the sense that the Department or the Dublin Region Homeless Executive was in there, we were satisfied that the assets and services were not at risk.
