I have a real worry about that self-regulation. We see that these companies have already taken away staff from existing regulation and dealing with what they are dealing with. They will not self-regulate. It is all about money with them. Governments have to regulate. That is their job. Governments have to regulate and put agencies in place, whether these are the Garda or Coimisiún na Meán. I worry. To be fair, the Garda does not have the resources to spend hours on the Internet every day. There has to be an agency to deal with that and report it to the Garda. The Garda should then deal with it.

I will ask a question relating to children. A good point was made that they have to prove the age they are. How do they prove that?
