The big milestones for us are to appoint a design team in the first instance, as these schemes are very significant, as the Deputy can imagine, and take quite a bit of time, especially with public consultation, which is very important to us. The second milestone is to lodge planning. The third is to get a clear and implementable planning consent through the system without challenge that we can go ahead and act on. The next milestone is the commencement of construction because the appointment of a building contractor for these large-value contracts takes time to get the right outcome. Those are the big milestones for us. Three of the sites will commence construction before the end of the year. Included in those is St. Theresa’s Gardens with 543 homes, of which the procurement process is almost complete for a contractor. The same applies to the LDA site in Clongriffin, which has just in excess of 400 homes. The third site is in Cromcastle, north Dublin, which will have approximately 150 homes. They will enter construction shortly. Additional projects will enter construction in early 2025 such as the first phase of the site in Castlelands, Balbriggan of more than 800 homes and the site in Skerries with approximately 345 homes.
