That is why we need financial incentives to reduce the cost. There can be a financial incentive for innovation or other measures to provide better support for reuse. To give an example from another sector, there is a reduced VAT rate for repairing clothes and shoes in Sweden. There are other ways to ensure that the real cost is incorporated and we make these things more viable.
