He talked about when people are leaving an organisation, the employment legislation in this country is very strong and gives lots of protection to employees. There are two ways – you can have very extensive and costly litigation or you can do agreements with people that probably end up in the Workplace Relations Commission. Those agreements typically are legally required to be confidential and all the rest. That is a process that we need to do when people exit the organisation. We will comply with the law.
