Briefly, everybody recognises the great importance of the responsibility with which companies like Mr. Rollison's conducts its business. I would be interested to know how the company manages that internally. At Government level, we have got used to things like whistleblowing legislation, risk-proofing of every new Act for certain features, and board and Cabinet-level reports, or whatever. To what extent is that sort of infrastructure developed within our guests' companies so that this is not a kind of additional add-on to what is going on generally in the commercial world where one has to tick boxes but that it is genuinely embedded in the work everyone does? It is also about the feeling that one can put one's hand up if things are not as they should be.

My second question is about the need to reskill. I would be interested to know how artificial intelligence will change how we educate. In Ireland, we have described the leaving certificate as being the Holy Grail. Now, people say it is not fit for purpose and some commentator, I believe, described this sort of memory-based examination as being for second class robots. Where is this impacting on the education of the next generation? I would be interested to hear our guests' views on that.
