We are entirely compliant with any laws, regulation or policy relating to labour relations in any member state we operate in within the EU, including Ireland. In terms of the future recognition of unions, I guess the question there is what happens with law and policy in Ireland around this. Ireland, as the Senator knows, is one of the member states that does not provide for that currently.
