I thank Mr. Meade. I want to address the next question to Mr. McCorry. I thank him for his presentation and the work he is doing here. Mr. McCorry pointed out in his presentation that a quarter of all jobs worldwide will change by 2028, and 60% of employees will need reskilling by 2027, which is not that far away. Mr. McCorry might let us know what kind of reskilling he has in mind there.

My other question is on Mr. McCorry's reference to the requirement for Departments and agencies like EI, SOLAS, the LEOs and so on, and the enterprise digital advisory forum to work together. Is there an implication that they are not working together and that they should work together? Are there other agencies that should be getting involved in this collaboration?
