We have undertaken a targeted inspection programme to date which has been beneficial to raising awareness of the issues and pointing out what employers need to consider in risk assessments. We have also conducted two separate workshops with organisations and with staff working in clinical risk and general risk areas. It is a case of talking them through the guidance and how to approach a risk assessment for their staff.
