When someone makes a complaint and they come to Coimisiún na Meán with it, is it an acceptable defence to say the complainant pressed the button to accept four years ago and the provider is only doing what it said it would do? What status do those consent buttons have in Coimisiún na Meán's assessment of a subsequent investigation?
