To use the broad term, the issue of standing charges being passed on to customers, whether they are domestic customers, small to medium-sized enterprises or large users, has arisen before at this committee. Ultimately, our role in ESB Networks is that we invoice the retailers. As regards how they decide to apply charges, we cannot trace the money from this change right the way through to an individual customer.
