Throughout my interactions with officials across Government and at a political level, I have seen that the desire now is to have a plan for housing going forward that is not cyclical and does not follow that piece. Even if, God forbid, we found ourselves in a significant downturn again, I think we know that we would have to continue providing housing for people.
