No. If the family member needs to move in, that is already catered for in the Act. If it is about selling it or gifting it to a family member, they need to keep the tenant in situ. If they are gifting it to a family member and they need it for themselves, in that case, they do not go to sell it with the tenant in situand they use the exemption that is already there for family.
