Yes, I can. I welcome Mr. MacSorley to the meeting. I acknowledge the work he has done and the leadership he has shown in some of the most challenging regions of the world over a long period. I thank him for that leadership and wish him and his colleagues continued good fortune and success in their work, particularly on the Sudanese border.
