Some would consider that de factoassisted dying. As in the person says, "I do not want any more treatment because of A, B and C. I want to take control and have a say in how I die." I do not see a major difference between that and legislative change around someone who is terminally ill and has only weeks or months to live, who says, "I want to end this on my terms rather than anybody else's terms." Is there a difference?
