I am not entirely au faitwith the details of the case the Deputy is referring to, other than some of the media reporting. There are protections in place and intended to be in place for workers in such scenarios, particularly concerning what are intended or presented as non-offensive remarks. The mechanisms of the State through the WRC are open to the individual in that case. I am not sure what more I could say on that.
