I thank Professor Arensman. I apologise if I mispronounce Dr. Vanbellingen's name. In that international context, he spoke of a case that was being looked at from the point of a loss of autonomy and that being part of the commission's decision. I am unclear as to how that can be part of it when we are talking about having the autonomy to make a decision.
