The programmes that we deliver through the Climate Ready Academy - and my colleague Mr. Stockil can provide a bit more granularity on this - come with things which are practical implementation outputs. What do I mean by that, in plain English? I mean things like action plans for a company and company charters, so that this is not something that happens in a training programme that is distant from the company.
