The Deputy is dead right but the quality and planning need to be done with targets. It will take time to do it. It will have to be done in co-operation. The Deputy said he is worried about roadside trees. Forgive me but I must say that dealing with roadside trees is not within the remit of the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. It is the domain of the National Roads Authority. The money will come from central government and, of course, all Ministers have a say in this but it is not a forestry issue.
