Just to be clear, it was given to us in July and it was clear as soon as the end of July and then into August that the contractor was not able to deliver to its own programme in the July period. There were a number of technical reasons for that around the profile of the work, the way it was laid out and the sequencing of the activities. There were issues with a number of areas that were incorrect. We engaged with the contractor to point out these difficulties and point out the underperformance with regard to what it had just told us it was going to achieve. It did replace that programme-----
