Yes, to a certain extent. Certainly, it is a very small number. It is not a representative sample so it would not be correct to over-interpret it, absolutely. The only thing I would say is that Threshold clients come from a reasonably broad range of experiences in the private rental sector. Issues can arrive in a tenancy for a wide variety of reasons, so it does not necessarily reflect that. I think less compliant landlords would be over-represented. However, there would certainly be a mix. I would add that in my previous research and from discussions with Threshold, that type of figure is what the Threshold advisers would expect.
