Britain has the shared fraud database while the Netherlands has the Transaction Monitoring Netherlands initiative, which maps the networks of the linked fraudulent accounts. Has the Central Bank had contact with the Department of Justice on the development of the shared information database between the payment system providers and the State agencies?
